Alberto Scattolin (b. 1985, Bassano del Grappa, Italy) is a photographer and director based in Hossegor, France.
His work is rooted in a background shaped by skateboarding and independent culture, which continues to inform a visual language defined by authenticity, movement, and instinct.
Over time, this foundation has evolved into a more refined and intentional practice, combining photography, film, and narrative-driven work.
Alberto began his career in broadcast television, working on major international sports productions and live music shows, including the UEFA Champions League, Serie A, and the FIFA World Cup.
While this experience shaped his technical precision and ability to operate in demanding environments, it also led him to seek a more personal and grounded approach to image-making.
Shifting toward analog photography and independent production, he developed a slower, tactile process—one that embraces imperfection, presence, and materiality.
His work moves between commissioned projects and personal explorations, maintaining a consistent focus on atmosphere, texture, and emotional resonance.
Now based in Hossegor, he runs WRONG — a creative studio, community hub, and analog lab — alongside WRONG Gallery, a space dedicated to exhibitions, events, and visual culture.
Through both commissioned and personal work, he continues to build a body of images shaped by intuition, memory, and a strong sense of place.
